Staff was very friendly, location also very good (nearby train station, (airport) bus stop, small park and shops), free Wifi, breakfast was OK, bathroom and towels were clean, and of course I got it for a very good price thanks to Booked.net ;-)
At night, the elevator was a bit noisy (my room was near the shaft). I didn't mind, but perhaps some people wouldn't like it.

Busy area, central location near the Albayzin, the Arab quarter, the back streets for sampling the famous tapas bars of the city, and sightseeing. Reasonably large rooms with extremely comfy beds, a balcony and free wireless internet access.

exploring granada's charm is easy from this central gem
I enjoyed walking to the Royal Chapel of Granada, just over a kilometer away, and exploring the vibrant Calle Navas, where I found lots of great places to eat and shop, making my stay special. The staff were friendly and helpful. As a solo traveler, the good room service and the comfort of the hotel.

Location really close to buses and taxis as well as both historical center and railway station. Also, down towards the university neighbourhood or over the the tourist area.

The location's good, just a few meters from the Gran Via de Colon.
After the two previous experiences, I expected more from a four star hotel: this one should be no more than three: the room was on a busy and noisy street, when we asked for a second towel we had to wait half an hour to get it, the bathroom's quite basic and the room looked like it could use a general renovation.
